| Dave joined Electromech Technologies in 2003 as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ENCORE, the Electromech aftermarket business unit. Sales volume doubled over the next few years as Electromech re-focused effort to the aftermarket business and added the first ever FAA DER Repair to our offering. |
| In 2006 Dave’s duties were expanded to include new production in addition to aftermarket. He is responsibilities for overall sales and marketing to include the preparation of business and sales strategies, competitive analyses, sales budgets, booking forecasts, customer problem resolution, and contract negotiations. With Dave’s leadership Electromech has achieved unprecedented success in maintaining a strong commercial customer base, judiciously adding new business, expanding into military markets and further-strengthening aftermarket business. |
| Prior to joining Electromech Dave was VP Small Turbine Engine Programs for Kellstrom Industries and was previously VP Global Distribution at Aviall in Dallas |
| Dave earned a BS in Industrial Management and an MBA Degree with dual specialties in Marketing and Finance from Youngstown State University. He was honorably discharged from the US Army in 1970 and he and his wife, Carrie, have been married over 40 years. They have one daughter and three grandchildren. |
