| Ms. Hall joined Electromech Technologies in April of 2004 as a Quality Engineer. In November 2004 she was promoted to Program Manager, a position she held until her promotion to Director of Quality in July 2008. As Director of Quality Ms. Hall lead the efforts that resulted in Electromech scoring a perfect 100% in the 2009 AS9100 Recertification Audit. Additionally, the positive changes made to improve quality have resulted in a high degree of Customer Satisfaction. |
| Prior to coming to Electromech Technologies, Ms. Hall worked for Tweco Products where she held a variety of positions including Industrial Engineer, Production Supervisor, and Quality Manager. Ms. Hall graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University. She is married and has two young children. |
